The aim of this module is teaching to learners technical problems, solutions, accessing supports and using feedbacks which they can face working with computer. There are two units which are divided to achieve this aim.  The first module designed to explain the problems that people may face and teach the ways to get them to the solutions. The second part of this module is Accessing Support And Using Feedbacks which also aims to teach the best ways to learners.

When people face a problem with computer, browser or internet connection fixing it by themselves probably would be hard and complicated. In this module, learners will understand and learn solutions for this kind of problems. After this module, learners will have an ability to understand technical problems and the solutions. Then, they will be able to fix the basics problems by themselves.
